I'm Anthony Rodriguez, born and raised in the Yakima Valley, a recent Gonzaga business graduate, and the owner of Anthony's Decals, a screen-print and embroidery shop.
I started it in 2020, at sixteen, in my parents' basement here in Grandview. After graduating from Grandview High, I moved the shop downtown and kept scaling it all the way through college, printing for the schools, teams, families, and businesses of the Lower Valley every step of the way.
In January 2025, a fire that started in a neighboring building destroyed my downtown shop. I started searching for a new home for my business the same week, and found almost nothing in the valley that fit. Rebuilding downtown had real limitations. The spaces that existed weren't built for businesses like mine.
That gap became the spark. If the space I needed didn't exist, I would build it, and not just for me. The community I found downtown, the neighbors and business owners I've worked alongside for years, is what I want to build on. The goal is simple: a place where other businesses can grow right alongside mine, and where people come together.
That's how Foundry Grounds began. A foundry takes a spark and forges something built to last, and that's the idea here: a campus where entrepreneurs and business owners can grow, invest in their own buildings, and build equity instead of just paying rent. We provide the shell. You take it from there.
Room to grow. A reason to gather. Foundry Grounds.
